- Manufacturer, model, serial/asset number and safety class.
- Laser type, wavelength, operating mode and rated average power.
- Pulse energy, duration and frequency or modulation range where applicable.
- Duty cycle, limitations, standards and certification evidence.

## Process head
- Model, scanner axes, patterns, scan width, focus and stand-off control.
- Fibre length, head mass, ergonomic support, trigger, interlocks and emergency stop.
- Automation, enclosure and specialist-head compatibility.

## Power and cooling
- Voltage, phase, frequency, demand, connections and protection.
- Generator compatibility, lead limits, cooling type and ambient envelope.

## Extraction and filtration
- Manufacturer/model, airflow, capture arrangement and hose size.
- Filter stages/classes, material limitations, monitoring and safe-change method.

## Physical and logistics data
- Transport dimensions, operating footprint, masses and lifting points.
- Deck loading, environmental limits, ingress/weather protection and storage limits.
- Flight cases, tie-downs and shipping classification.

## Controlled-area requirements
Record hazard assessment reference, eyewear, screens, barriers, reflection controls, fire/electrical controls, PPE/RPE and inspection requirements.

## Mobilisation package
Laser system, head, cooling, power distribution, extraction, filters, barriers, warning equipment, PPE, spares, leads, lifting accessories, manuals and inspection records.

## Configuration approval
Record substrate, layer, geometry, finish, trial reference, selected configuration and limitations. Reassess material changes.
