## Required outcome
- Purpose: inspection, repair, welding, recoating, bonding or functional cleaning
- Required finish, profile or cleanliness reference
- Adjacent materials and areas requiring protection
- Client technical authority and acceptance process
- Required records, photographs, measurements and handover format

## Worksite controls
- Permit, isolation and simultaneous-operation interfaces
- Power, cooling, ventilation and extraction provisions
- Controlled-area, access and emergency constraints
- Waste classification and disposal requirements
