Commercial routes

Scope-led pricing for offshore services.

Subsea, integrity and project-delivery scopes require project-specific quotation. The published tiers provide indicative budgeting for qualified laser-cleaning work.

Pricing principles

Useful budget routes.
Qualified final quotations.

Subsea Services, Asset Integrity & Maintenance and Project Delivery are quoted after the asset, interfaces, specialist partners, programme and acceptance requirements are defined. Day rates alone rarely represent the complete offshore work package.

The figures below apply specifically to indicative laser-cleaning delivery. They are not universal square-metre rates or binding offers. Unless stated otherwise, rates exclude taxes, transit, offshore transport, accommodation, specialist access, permits, standby and client-specific charges.

01

Assess

Review the application and commercial assumptions.

02

Trial

Confirm finish, limitations and production rate where required.

03

Quote

Define inclusions, exclusions, mobilisation and acceptance.

04

Deliver

Mobilise against an agreed work package.

01LOCALIZED WORK

Spot Maintenance & Minor Corrosion

Small localized patches, valve and piping touch-ups, inspection windows and minor corrosion mitigation.

$200-$300 / houror a $1,500 daily minimum
Price a spot-maintenance scope

Typically portable 200W-300W pulsed equipment, selected after application review.

  • Low-complexity work within a single shift
  • Defined local treatment area
  • PICSA operator and portable equipment
  • Basic completion record
  • Travel and mobilisation quoted separately
03OFFSHORE DELIVERY

Mobilised Offshore Package

Defined offshore maintenance scopes requiring a dedicated crew, equipment spread and controlled mobilisation.

From $15,000-$30,000+ / weekindicative operational-week budget
Qualify an offshore package

Configured equipment spread, normally supported by two competent operators and project-specific safety controls.

  • Dedicated two-person delivery crew
  • Laser, extraction and core safety equipment
  • Method statement and work-pack inputs
  • Daily progress and completion records
  • Vessel, helicopter, beds and client-specific costs excluded

Use-case pricing matrix

Map the work
to the right tier.

The recommended tier is a starting point. A representative trial can move a scope to a different commercial basis once the real production rate and controls are known.

Tier comparison

Compare the
delivery intensity.

Equipment power does not define a tier by itself. PICSA selects pulsed or continuous-wave equipment from the substrate, unwanted layer, finish and worksite controls.

Rental, trial and ownership

Rent equipment
or build capability.

Rental is a distinct commercial route rather than a cleaning-service tier. PICSA can qualify the application, configure the rental package and provide the required equipment training and support.

01

Application Assessment

Initial suitability screening is normally completed before selecting a delivery tier. Complex desktop engineering reviews may be quoted.

02

Application Trial

Representative trials establish finish, limitations and realistic production assumptions. Trial fees may be credited against a qualifying order where agreed.

03

Equipment Rental

Short- and long-term equipment rental for qualified applications, subject to availability, insurance, deposit, certified operator training and authorization. Rental pricing is quoted by equipment configuration and duration.

Equipment Purchase & Training

HANTENCNC equipment is configured and quoted separately with commissioning, certified training, accessories, spares and support.
