Every PICSA service requires controls designed around the actual task, asset, environment and contractor interfaces.
Control principles
A credible offshore method accounts for marine operations, access, lifting, energy, tooling, materials, exposure, waste and simultaneous-work risks from the start.
Laser Cleaning adds beam, reflection and plume-control requirements. Subsea scopes add vessel, launch-and-recovery, tether, pressure and intervention interfaces. Controls must be service-specific rather than generic.
